Free shipping on every order.
Pocket Silk ships free to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking number once it ships.
Estimated delivery times (including processing)
- United States: 8–15 business days
- United Kingdom, Canada, Australia & New Zealand: 8–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays, peak seasons, or due to customs or carrier delays.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, contact us at hello@shoppocketsilk.com and we'll look into it.
Customs, duties & taxes
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import taxes or duties set by your country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within 30 days of shipping, email us at hello@shoppocketsilk.com with your order number and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
